repayment claim

a claim for repayment made by virtue of:

1. (1) sections 1(2)(b) or 2(2)(b) of the Dormant Bank and Building Society Accounts Act 2008; or
1. (2) sections 2(2)(b), 5(2)(b), 5(3)(b), 8(2)(b) and 11, 12(2)(b) or 14(2)(b) of the Dormant Assets Act 2022.
