advising on pension transfers and pension opt-outs

(for the purposes of the permission regime) any of the following regulated activities:

1. (a) advising on investments (except P2P agreements) in respect of pension transfers and pension opt-outs (article 53(1); to (1D));
1. (b) advising on conversion or transfer of pension benefits (article 53E).
