trading venue

(1) (except in FINMAR and MAR 11A) a regulated market, an EU regulated market, an MTF or an OTF.
(2) (in FINMAR) (as defined in article 2(1)(l) of the short selling regulation):
1. (a) a UK regulated market within the meaning of point (13A) of article 2(1) of MiFIR;
2. (b) a UK multilateral trading facility within the meaning of point (14A) of article 2(1) of MiFIR.
(3) (in MAR 11A) a UK RIE, an EU regulated market, a third country trading venue that performs a similar function to a UK RIE, an MTF or an OTF.
