licensee

1. (1) (in DISP 2 - 4 and FEES 5) a person who is not a firm but who is:
   1. (a) covered by a standard licence under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (as amended); or
   1. (b) authorised to carry on an activity by virtue of section 34(A) of that Act.
1. (2) (in DISP 1) a person within (1)(a) above;

and expressions in that Act have the same meaning in this definition.
