close relative

(as defined in article 3(1) of the Regulated Activities Order and article 2(1) of the Financial Promotion Order) (in relation to any person):

1. (a) his spouse or civil partner
1. (b) his children and step-children, his parents and step-parents, his brothers and sisters and his step-brothers and step-sisters; and
1. (c) the spouse or civil partner of any person within (b).
