trustee firm

a firm which is not an OPS firm and which is acting as a:

(a) trustee (other than for a trust of client money arising only under CASS 5.3.2 R, CASS 5.4 (Non-statutory client money trust), CASS 7.17.2 R or CASS 11.6.1 R); or

(b) personal representative.
